I am very pleased with the way my water damage to my home turned into a kitchen, dining room, laundry and bathroom remodel went. I was kept informed of scheduling, workers were on time and everything was done to our agreement. Any challenage that came up was dealt with promplty. Thanks again. | |

| This letter is written to recommend Schantz Construction. I have worked with this general contractor for the last seven years in my role as Claims Risk Manager for the Diocese of Phoenix. They have worked on numerous construction projects throughout the Diocese including schools, churches and residential buildings. Dale and his crew are always pleasant to staff and religious. The extent of the renovation required us to close our Church Building for one month and rnove our mass services to our parish Hall. As you can imagine, repairing and renovating the interior of a Church is quite an undertaking. We were very fortunate to have contracted with Schantz Construction to perform repairs which required the removal and resetting of our pews, drywall repairs, painting window repairs, and comptete remodel of our public restrooms. Throughout the project, the work crew was always on time, respectful of our schedule, patient with our demands, conformed to all safety requirements and most importantly restored the Church to our total satisfaction within the time constraints we faced. We highly recommend Schantz Construction if you are considering hiring a contractor or undertaking any facility projects. |

| Our condo experienced substantial water damage due to a refrigerator filter malfunctioning. The phone call we received informing us of the water leak is a phone call I will never forget. The insurance adjuster introduced me to Dale Schantz, Schantz Construction, who evaluated the damage and presented us with recommendations for the restoration. He was very thorough with his assessment of what needed to be replaced or restored. The vendors Dale referred me to for flooring, granite, etc. were great people to work with and very responsive to the immediacy of the situation. We were very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of their work. We were not present during the restoration project - it was "blind faith" on our part that Dale and his staff were completing the work without input from us. Dale established realistic time guidelines for the restoration and finished the job as promised. The end result was that our condo was restored to its original beauty thanks to Dale Schantz and his staff!!!! | I do want to say that working with you has been a pleasure. The apartment looks great! The constant communication you provided us with during the restoration was perfect. I had absolutely no concerns with the whole process.
